Photography Contest

These are some select works out of my winning photographs from a photography competition. They were part of an exhibit at Arlington Art Gallery in Virginia. Each image has it’s own personal story and significance that have helped me continue my study of this field.

This photo is a representation of “the light at the end of the tunnel”. I took this photo coming home from my Grandfather’s funeral. It helped me to accept that his passing was natural and there was light peeping through the darkness I was in.

Significance vs. Perception”

”Hogwarts Reborn”

This is Westminster Abbey in London, UK. The minute I took this picture, I thought “Harry Potter”.

”Path to the Clouds”

While on a road trip, we were crossing an extremely busy bridge. Oddly, at some point, I looked around and this was the only car I could see. It looks as though it is on a solo mission into the clouds.
